Members of the Sterling Heights Beautification and Sustainability commissions are teaming up for a FREE event encouraging our community to Think Sterling Green!
Join us in Dodge Park on Saturday, Apr. 27 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. for our Think Sterling Green Earth Month event.
We will have Rain Barrels on a first come, first served basis for the first 200 people. Please note, we will not have staff on site to help load barrels into vehicles so we suggest bringing a standard size vehicle for pickup.
We will also have 50 tree saplings available for first come, first served.
Anton Art Center will be on site with crafts for the whole family, and we will have a scavenger hunt with prizes, tree demonstration, community tree planting with Sterling Heights Parks & Recreation, seed packet giveaways, and much more.
Come hungry! Shellys Hot Dogs and Kona Ice will be on site serving up lunch and snacks.
