[ARCHIVED] City Council Public Participation for Dec. 16

Members of the public can address City Council with comments and questions regarding any item germane to City business and on any agenda item that the City Council will take action on during the business portion of this regular meeting.

Those who wish to participate in Communication from Citizen may join the Zoom meeting by telephone using the following telephone number: (929) 205-6099. When prompted, enter meeting ID number:  923 9405 8932 and press “#”   You do not need to enter a passcode.
 
Additionally, members of the public may join the Zoom meeting via videoconference by the following Zoom video link: https://zoom.us/j/99043064005?pwd=VGY4ZE1Wb0xreUk4WEhNc0l1cTloZz09
 
All public participants wishing to participate by telephone or Zoom video will be placed on hold in a virtual “waiting room” until the meeting starts at 7 p.m. All members of the public will be muted during the business portion of the meeting. Those wishing to speak on an agenda item or during Communications from Citizens will be prompted by the Mayor to press *9 (phone participant) or click the “raise hand” option (Zoom Video Participant) at the appropriate time to indicate a desire to speak. Please be advised there could be delays based on the number of calls received.
