Sterling Heights Parks and Recreation

[ARCHIVED] Weather Updates for Sterling Heights Parks and Recreation

*** UPDATE FOR FRIDAY, FEB. 18 ***

All Parks and Recreation buildings will open as normally scheduled for drop-in activities (Community Center from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., Senior Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Nature Center from 1 to 5 p.m.)
The Dodge Park Ice Rink will open as regularly scheduled at noon.
The following programs will be cancelled on Friday, Feb. 18:
- Little Learners
- SMART Transportation
- Card Tournament
- Arthritis Exercise
- Zumba Gold
PLEASE NOTE: Essentrics, Karate, and Dining Senior Style remain TBD pending overnight snow and morning conditions.

All Parks and Recreation facilities will remain open this evening (2/17/22) for their normal hours with drop-in style activities. The Dodge Park Ice Rink will close at 7 p.m.
The following evening programs will be cancelled @ Community Center:
- Sterling Stars Dance Classes
- Yoga
- Youth Basketball
- Adaptive Basketball
- eSports
The following programs will be held virtually:
- Trivia
- Zumba
We will continue to monitor weather conditions and communicate out any changes to our operations.
