Join us for a free community Sound Bath Meditation with Lisa Harthun of Healing Balance Holistic Wellness Therapy. An invitation to still your body and mind, to rest, recharge, and create deeper moments of peace through soothing with sound frequencies, gentle breathwork, and guided meditation. Sound Bath features various gong, singing bowls, bell, tingsha, drum, and spoken mantras. No previous experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Join us for a brand-new adventure in early literacy and comunity exploration with Destination Storytime! Designed for children ages 3-6 and their caregivers, this unique storytime experience brings books to life at exciting local businesses and community locations. Every Destination Storytime is a chance for little ones to learn, explore, and connect with their community in a meaningful way. Attendees will meet at a different location each month. Each session features engaging stories, songs, and activities tailored to that storytime's theme-- followed by a real-world experience that connects directly with the story.
