[ARCHIVED] Key Safety Systems to be acquired by China's Ningbo Joyson

(From Crain's) Sterling Heights-based Key Safety Systems Inc. will be acquired by public Chinese auto conglomerate Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp. in a $920M deal. The deal will create a combined supplier generating revenue of about $3 billion worldwide.
