[ARCHIVED] City of Sterling Heights to host third-annual State of the City address on Sept. 28

City of Sterling Heights Mayor Michael C. Taylor will deliver the third-annual State of the City Address on Friday, Sept. 28.

At this annual presentation, Taylor will discuss the successes and challenges for Sterling Heights in the past 12 months as well as a look ahead to what’s in store for Sterling Heights in 2019.

This year’s presentation will have a special focus on progress made through the Recreating Recreation initiative and the newly invigorated sense of place growing in Sterling Heights.

Tickets for the event are open to the public and are available for purchase through the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s website, www.shrcci.com. Those who cannot make the event will be able to watch the speech in full on Sterling Heights Television’s YouTube channel following the event at www.youtube.com/shtv1.
