The health of your spine is key to the health of your whole body. Join us on Saturday, Sep. 29 at 2 p.m. as yoga instructor Brittany Anderson reveals several yoga poses for your spine that will improve mobility and decrease back pain. Feel years younger with just a few helpful techniques! Yoga mats will be provided.
