Stop in for a traditional children’s activity in the library’s Storytime Room. Join us for stories, crafts, and fingerplays with popular and seasonal themes. Preschoolers, ages 3 to 5 learn independence in this storytime. While it is a child-only event, parents must remain in the building. The 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. sessions are a repeat of the same content. Please register each child for only one storytime per day.
Bring your toddler for a high-energy program that has singing, dancing, crafts, and stories! The 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. sessions are a repeat of the same content. Please register each child for only one storytime per day.
Are you a teen that loves to read? If so, join your fellow book-lovers for our exciting teen book club: Pizza & Pages! Come hang out, talk about books, and eat pizza! The library will provide pizza. In September we will be discussing House of Many Ways by Diana Wynne Jones. Look for e-book and e-audio copies of this book in Libby/Overdrive through the Library's services page. Books are selected at each meeting. Go to shpl.net/1579 to see the next title.
Discuss books in a fun and casual virtual environment with great conversation and a trivia contest! Today's book: "Peacock Emporium" by Jo Jo Moyes
