How to join the Friends

You can join the Friends in one of two ways:

  • Send us an application - Download the application and print it out. Please mail the completed application to:
         Library Administration
         Sterling Heights Public Library
         40255 Dodge Park Road
         Sterling Heights, MI 48313
  • Fill out an application at the library - Applications can be found at the library’s administration section. Go to the second floor and enter the door near the back set of stairs and elevator.

Please make checks payable to Friends of the Sterling Heights Public Library. As a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, the dues and contributions may be tax deductible.

Give to the Friends

Donations to the Friends of the Library are welcome and appreciated. This directly supports funding for library programs, eBooks, and other services at the library. You can donate using a credit card here. 

Bookstore Volunteering

The Friends run the Used, But Sterling Bookstore, however, Friends members are not obligated to volunteer their time at the Bookstore. If you do wish to volunteer, please fill out this online application or ask for a print application at library administration.
