Ripple Fiber has recently been granted a Metro Act permit allowing for the installation of Fiber Optic lines in the City of Sterling Heights to service the residential properties in the City. This installation will provide an additional service provided option to residents when completed.
As construction begins, residents with questions regarding the work that is proposed on their property are encouraged to contact Ripple fiber directly at 800-359-5767. Support tickets during construction can also be sent directly to Ripple Fiber and selecting the construction question option on the form.
